SHIPPING



> How long does shipping take?

It usually ships the same day if the part is in stock. In case we encounter a problem or unexpected delay with your order, we will contact you at your email address or phone number registered when placing the order.  


 > Will I be charged tax?

If you are ordering from inside the state of Florida, a 7% tax will be assessed. Except if you have a resale tax certificate. 

 

> Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. We ship our products anywhere in the world! Please make sure to provide your complete address and shipping instructions. If you have a UPS, DHL, or other accounts, we can use them for your shipment. 




RETURNS


> What is your refund or returns policy?
If the item is still in the box and has not been opened, you will receive a full refund. We can exchange parts as long as they are new. Some special orders have a 20% restocking fee.

 


PAYMENT


> What forms of payments do you accept?


We accept all major Credit Cards such as Visa, Master Card. We also accept checks, money orders, and wire transfers. We will send a payment authorization form. ​

WARRANTY!


>  Most of our products have a one-year manufacturer warranty. If the part is malfunctioning or damaged on shipping, we will send a new replacement part at no cost to you. All other issues will be determined by the manufacturer.
